An active user is anyone who has collaborated on a card on a synced Kanban board. Card members, card commenters and users that move cards are treated as active Kanban users. Nave bills you on a subscription tier that is based on the number of active users. Your pricing tier will update automatically to reflect any change in your team. Only unique users are added towards your pricing tier. If the same person appears on two (or more) Kanban boards, we will only count them once. Inactive users are free of charge.
We'll make a one-time, prorated charge to your credit card to cover your new user for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Nave costs $6 per active user per month when billed monthly. Let's say there is a new active user 10 days into your billing cycle and there are 20 remaining days in the month. The per-day cost for each user is $6 / 30, so we will make a one-time charge of $4 ($6 / 30 days * 20 days) to your credit card on file.
Every day we check to see if your team is active. If anyone has been inactive for at least 30 days, we stop charging for that person and add a credit to your account for the time you've already paid. We will draw against that credit on your next billing cycle. We make sure you are always benefiting from the most cost-effective subscription tier.
Your subscription will be renewed automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your subscription tier. You may turn off automatic renewal, we will keep your subscription active till the end of your billing period. In case you change your mind, Nave will store your data for 3 months from the date your subscription ends. We do not offer refunds.
If the 14-day trial period finishes before you subscribe to Nave, your team will be locked out. To keep using Nave, you will need to log in to your account and enter your payment details. Data is saved for 3 months after the end of the trial period. Once your subscription has been activated you will instantly regain access to your data.
All prices are in USD, and we accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
