We now process the entire history of your tickets recursively (as opposed to only processing the last 100 historical activities, as was the case in the initial implementation).
For most of our customers, the former mode of processing would not have impacted them. However, for some users, this limitation might have caused inconsistencies in their ticket performance. So, to ensure maximum accuracy, we now fetch the entire history of your work items.

Our latest feature allows you to change the colors of the custom fields on your dashboards. The preset colors will be auto-generated by default.
However, if you have a preference for certain colors (to clearly differentiate the classification of your work items), you can now color-code accordingly. Simply click on the colored dots in the filters section to modify their colors.

You can now integrate your area paths within the dashboard. This addition enables you to set area paths as filters and perform a more granular analysis of your data.
