Track Blocked Work and Perform Blocker Clustering in Trello

You're now able to track blocked work and perform blocker clustering in Nave for Trello.

How to mark a card as blocked in Trello:

  1. Create a custom field from type “Checkbox” on your Trello board
  2. Go to “Edit Dashboard” and select that custom field from the “Select blocked flag” drop-down
  3. Update your dashboard
  4. On Trello, use that custom field to mark your work items as blocked

Once you do that, your cards will appear as blocked at Nave in the form of a bigger red dot on your charts. We will then start tracking your blocked time so you can perform a more granular analysis on how blocked work affects your overall performance.
