Every year, Atlassian recognizes the partners across its ecosystem who have made an outsized impact on how teams work. The Partner of the Year awards are announced at Team ’26, and they cover everything from solution partners to marketplace app vendors, across categories that range from enterprise scale to emerging growth.
This year, Nave was named the Atlassian Partner of the Year 2026 in the Marketplace Rising Star category.
I’ll be honest — when we got the email, it took a moment to land. We’re a small team. We’ve been building Nave for years, one feature at a time, one customer conversation at a time. And now Atlassian is standing on a stage in Anaheim saying our name.
Let me tell you what this actually means to us.
The Growth That Got Us Here
Nave started as a simple idea: the data teams need to make better decisions is already sitting in their project management tools. Cycle time, throughput, work in progress, aging work — it’s all there. The problem was never the data. The problem was that nobody was turning it into signal that leaders could act on.
That’s what Nave does. We connect to Jira and Azure DevOps, and we make workflow data useful. Not dashboards for the sake of dashboards. Actionable insights that help delivery leaders, agile coaches, and portfolio managers make decisions grounded in evidence.
Over the past year, our Atlassian Marketplace presence grew significantly. More teams started using Nave, saw their delivery patterns clearly, and told their colleagues. That word-of-mouth growth — customers who chose us because someone they trust recommended us — is what Atlassian recognized with the Rising Star award.
What Rising Star Actually Means
This isn’t a lifetime achievement award. Rising Star recognizes marketplace partners who have demonstrated exceptional momentum — growth in adoption, customer engagement, and product impact within the Atlassian ecosystem.

“We commend Nave for their accomplishments in 2025 and are pleased to designate them as the Atlassian Partner of the Year 2026 Marketplace Rising Star,” stated Alan Braun, Head of Product Ecosystem at Atlassian. “The applications available in our Marketplace are integral to our customers’ success. We are proud to recognize partners who have demonstrated exceptional dedication by delivering innovative app solutions and services throughout 2025.”
For us, this recognition validates something we’ve believed from the beginning: teams don’t need more tools. They need the tools they already use to work harder for them. Every chart in Nave exists because a real team needed to answer a real question — how long will this take, where is work getting stuck, what should we focus on next.
The Team Behind It
I want to be clear about something. This award belongs to the team that builds Nave every day. Every feature shipped, every support conversation handled with care, every decision to do less but do it well — that’s what Atlassian is recognizing.
It also belongs to our customers. The teams who adopted Nave, embedded it into their workflows, and pushed us to make it better. When a customer tells us that Nave changed how their leadership team makes decisions, that’s the real award. The badge from Atlassian is a confirmation that the market sees it too.
What Comes Next
We’re not slowing down. This year, we launched AI-powered insights that bring a new layer of intelligence to flow analytics. We’re deepening our Jira and Azure DevOps integrations. And we’re continuing to build the analytics platform that helps teams move from gut-feel decisions to evidence-based ones.
If you’re a team that uses Jira or Azure DevOps and you’ve been wondering whether your workflow data could tell you more than it currently does — give Nave a try at getnave.com. We think you’ll see the difference in your first week.
Thank you to Atlassian for this recognition, and thank you to every customer who made it possible.
I wish you a productive day, and I will see you next week, same time and place. Bye for now!
